To be very honest, for years I rated Medium as a highly professional network. But ever since I've started learning about what's going on behind the scenes, I'm shocked 😳 that with such systems how did even they managed to come so far?

I mean StartUps with such terrible systems are not supposed to survive.

1. No control over algorithms
2. No business model ( ONLY subscription) ?
3. Investor money going in paying bonuses?
4. No clear communication machanism in place?
5. No customer support?

And the list goes on.
