Here’s the thing: Medium’s algorithm rewards stories that keep readers hooked. If a story is doing well — getting claps, comments, and reads — it’s more likely to be pushed to a larger audience.

I also made the same mistake. A couple of my stories were doing good and in the excitement I published another one both times and it went to ground nose down.
