The past years have been a real challenge due to a pandemic that changed our lives beyond imagination.

Moving into 2024, staying healthy has become an utmost concern.

Be it fighting day-to-day difficulties, recovering from pandemic impacts, or just leading a more balanced life.

In this blog, I am going to talk about five tips which will help you stay on track regarding your health and fitness goals.

1. Prioritize a Balanced Diet

Diet is the foundation stone of your health. Eat a variety of foods, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and whole grains to ensure nutrition and strength of the body.

As an adult, WHO recommends at least five portions-approximately 400g-day of fruits and vegetables.

Here is how:

1. Incorporate Veggies: Make vegetables a regular part of your meals. Whether it’s a salad, a side dish, or blended into soups, veggies should be a staple on your plate.
