Poverty, poor health, hunger, and inadequate care are the major factors influencing kids’ growth. Although the words growth and development are used interchangeably, they have distinct biological meanings. Growth refers to the gradual alteration of physical attributes which including height, weight, and size. The main factors that affecting your kid’s growth at early age are Genetic inheritance, sex, Nutrition, exercise and health, and hormones.

GENETIC INHERITANCE:

Genetic inheritance is the genetic transfer of physical features from parents to children. It has an impact on many areas of physical appearance and features, including height, weight, hair texture, body shape, eye color, and even intelligence, skills and ability. Diseases and illnesses such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and so on can even be passed on through genetics, which influence the kid’s growth and development. However, environmental circumstances and nurturing can bring out the most in the genes that are already there.
