This phenomenon, the struggle to get out of bed is real and well relatable for those who go to bed late at night. But at the same time, there are those who go to bed early, enjoy a good night sleep, yet still wake up feeling completely exhausted for no apparent reason.

There can be nothing worse than that. Trust me, I have been there. The struggle is real, and the confusion just hits sky rocket. Initially, I believed that maybe I was doing something wrong. Thus, I tried getting more sleep, adjusted the room temperature, opted for a comfier pillow and blanket.

But sadly, none of it worked. This got me into doing hours and hours of research and finally, I reached to the conclusion that other factors such as my daily habits also affected how tired I felt every morning. It started with a few lazy mornings and by the end of the month, I wasn’t getting sufficient sleep, my sleep patterns were completely off, and I started to have serious mood swings.
